Why I'm Running
We cannot mask the reality that young families, seniors, and fixed-income neighbors are being excessively squeezed by unaffordable water rates, an aggressive special assessment, and streets left in disrepair. It is time for leadership that puts people before politics, and I am running to end this era of indifference.
My priorities
A commitment to fiscal responsibility by operating on a balanced budget and applying for grants and other funding sources.
A commitment to open government by fostering trust through transparency, accountability, and active collaboration with all community sectors.
A commitment to empower residents, businesses, and organizations by recognizing that each is vital to Holly’s economic stability.
A commitment to advocate for a robust Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) by guiding wise investments in quality infrastructure, green spaces, and public safety.

Dedicated to supporting, empowering, and strengthening youth and families through the nonprofit sector for twelve years, the public school system for seven years, and Oakland County Youth Assistance (OCYA) for twelve and a half years.
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan - Flint
Seven years with OCYA were devoted to providing part-time casework services to youth and families through Holly Area Youth Assistance (HAYA).
My story
My husband (of over 23 years) and I moved to the Village of Holly in January of 2010. We moved here for Holly's natural beauty and affordability. While we are grateful to be part of this community, gratitude cannot mask the reality that young families, seniors, and fixed-income neighbors are being excessively squeezed by unaffordable water rates, an aggressive special assessment, and streets left in disrepair.
The incumbents have had every opportunity to listen but have chosen to ignore the very people who keep this town running. It is time for leadership that puts people before politics, and I am running to end this era of indifference. We must replace years of neglect with deliberate action that prioritizes affordability and maintained infrastructure for every single resident.
